  • Real estate license (required).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Sales Manager

Qualifications: Degree(Any), Masters(MBA)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Real estate license (required).

Job Summary: As the Project Head for the NA Plots Division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire life cycle of our projects, from acquisition and planning to development and sales. Your primary objective is to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting quality standards, timelines, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Strategy:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential NA plot opportunities.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including feasibility studies, financial projections, and risk assessments.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to establish project goals and strategies aligned with company objectives.
  2. Land Acquisition and Due Diligence:

    • Identify and negotiate land acquisition opportunities in strategic locations.
    • Lead due diligence efforts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Assess environmental and zoning considerations, obtaining necessary approvals.
  3. Design and Development:

    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and marketable project designs.
    • Oversee the development process, ensuring construction activities adhere to approved plans and quality standards.
    • Implement sustainable and eco-friendly practices where applicable.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  5. Sales and Marketing:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling strategies for promoting NA plots.

  6. Stakeholder Management:
